Skyrim: Yet Another 10 Tiny Details That You May Still Have Missed in The Elder Scrolls 5 (Part 36)

Skyrim is a game with an abundance of places to visit and things to do. The Elder Scrolls 5 is so extensive, that even over half a decade later, many of Skyrim’s coolest Easter Eggs and hidden secrets haven’t been discovered by much of the community. Not sure if you covered this already, but if you have 100 Destruction and talk to J’zargo in the College of Winterhold for the first time, he will ask if you have mastered the “Expert level destruction spells”, and a new dialogue option will pop up where you say that you have. He has an interesting reaction.

  • dragonson04

Found a small detail!! If you give an adopted child a Legendary dagger (as far as I know of any kind), they will be more appreciative of it than a normal dagger of any kind. I also found a "thing you may have missed". If you have one or both parts of the Whirlwind Sprint shout that you can get before you go up to High Hrothgar, (from Dead Man's Respite and Volskygge) Master Arngeir will comment on that fact with unique dialog. I personally did it with both WULD and NA, (the maximum you can get as one of the words can only be taught to you at the monastery) and then Arngeir changed his introduction to "Master Wulfgar will teach you KEST, which means "tempest", let us see how quickly you master a new Word."

  • prov36

Bethesda better make the new elder scrolls until Nate starts talking about every strand of hair is different.

  • Courtney Rose

How many more of these will be made lol

  • Jeff PK

Some things I have personally found, I've watched all the episodes but can't remember which ones of these you have done if you have done them.1. When in the Blackreach and you shout (Fus-Ro-Dah) at the orange globe you summon an ancient dragon named Vulthuryol.2. SPOILER Before the death of Mercer Frey, if you enter the thieves guild and attack him no one cares at all and he doesn't attack you. If you attack any other NPC they all start attacking you. Kinda like they know Frey is a traitor. :D3. If you use console commands to tp through the vault door which you end up going into later on, you realize Mercer Frey had taken the loot long ago, even before you join the Guild you see the chests are empty. 4. If you follow the headless horsemen he leads you to Hamvir's Rest. This ties to the book Ragnar The Red who had his head chopped off.5. Holding a torch while lockpicking makes you see through the hole making it easier to lockpick (depends on what graphical mods you have it may not work)6. Every building in Rorikstead contains soul gems and Daedra books (spooky stuff)7. (Came across this one on accident) If you approach a guy named "Ranmir" in Winterhold's tavern, he explains a sob story about how his love left him with someone else. If you follow the clues it leads you to see that she contacted the thieves guild to help her but died in the process. If you decide to inform him he stops his drinking habits!8. It takes 25 minutes to sprint across Skyrim (Solitude to Riften) 1hr 15min if you just walk. (I was really bored)9. If you place a soul gem in a chest an come back later and take it out, there is a chance the soul will leave the gem, but if you buy a empty one and refill it, when you return to the chest they will all fill again. (its confusing)10. Placing buckets/baskets on people's heads will prevent them from seeing you steal stuff from them xD

  • Eli Tummins

    They were murdered to death

  • Gorgeous Freeman

I would murder someone to death just so I can watch another one of your fallout new Vegas videos.

  • Vekezu

The first detail with the riekling reminded me of Green Boots. Officially an unidentified mountain climber who died on his way to Mt. Everest and had his body frozen to the side of the mountain at 8,500 meters. His body was found in a similar spot and position. Could be just a coincidence but idk.

  • GoalieGussy

Drink Redwater skooma in Redwater den for a hidden quest

  • Petar Garmaz

Right, something weird happened to me while I was replaying Skyrim. So a dragon came to Riverwood and killed Sven, nothing new there. When I took care of the dragon, I left Riverwood, and Svens dead body in the village center. Now, when I returned to Riverwood after an ingame week or so, I noticed thar most of the villagers stood around Sven's body and then a guard came to the body and basically said that they have things under control. After that, the guard came up to me and asked me if I had something to do with it, to which you can answer "I dont know what happened" or you can answer "Im not answering any questions". I thought Nate could try to cover it in the next episode :)

  • Fan Crazy

Murdered to death by gravity ! 😂😂 I love it Nate !

  • Navraj Gill

Before you join either the stormcloaks or the legion you'll be able to find randomly generations farmers on their way to either windhelm or solitude to join the respect factions. Lol if you were to follow them all the way to their destination, which by the way us tedious and time consuming as they walk so slow, you'll actually get to see them meeting either Galmar or General Tulius in which case they'll be attacked on the suspicion of being a rival spy. Lol check it out you won't regret it the dialogue as well is hilarious

  • Valentina Camilleri

  • Nikki Lynn

A young boy is sleeping in his bed on a usual night. He hears footsteps outside his door, and peeks out of his eyes to see what is happening. His door swings open quietly to reveal a murderer carrying the corpses of his parents. After silently propping them up on a chair, he writes something on the wall in the blood of the dead bodies. He then hides under the childs bed. The child is scared beyond belief. He can’t read the writing on the wall and he knows the man is under his bed. He lays still as the bodies, quietly hearing the breathes from under his bed. An hour passes, and his eyes are adjusting more and more to the darkness. He tries to make out the words, but it’s a struggle. He gasps when he finally makes out the sentence. “Murdered to death”. He feels something shift underneath his bed.

Episode 36 yet there people still disliking these videos how can you get this far and still dislike the video this makes no sense but keep up the good work nate

  • saba agniashvili

  • Jeffrey Samson

Realistically how much more tiny details will skyrim have? Haha

  • MrDUneven

If only Farengaar was more like Gandalf? You know his name is Secret-Fire and in Moria Gandalf said he was "Servant of the secret fire of Anor." Also, if you think Riverwood as Rivendell and if Bethseda kept their original idea you would have gone through Bleak Falls Barrow before going to Whiterun it would have paralleled the Felloships journey from Rivendell through Moria to Rohan. Which is land of horse lords and Whiterun's name and flag has horse...Also, mention the Lover stone, you will find a way to point out it's lewdness without YouTube complitely demonizing you.

  • Δονάλδιος Τράμπιος

Top 5 murders to death you may still habe missed in the gigantichugeenormousveryverybig game that is skyrim

  • Midaspl

I think that the dead riekling at the mountains is the refference to all the bodies of hymalaists that died during the expeditions. The pose even looks simmilar to the one of the most famous bodies - green boots in the Mount Everest.

  • Trav the Lord

Facts: hidden bottle of wine in Jorgens hut in Morthal named “ Jessica’s wine” apparently meant to be connected to “ laid to rest “ also the stalh in stalhrim is a reference to the German word for steel

  • The_DovahNation

  • Nikolas McCammon

Not sure if you've mentioned this yet or not but; Ulfberth War-Bear's name "Ulfberth" is a reference to a type of sword used during the age of Vikings, or the 9th-11th centuries. The swords themselves are extremely rare and strong, being made with steel that wasn't seen again until the Industrial Revolution. Traditionally, the swords were only owned by the nobility of their time or by extremely rich Vikings.

  • Crimson Blade 507

I came across a "tiny detail" myself a while back. I was sneaking into a forsworn camp (don't remember which one sorry) and I was sneaking behind these two forsworn and I could hear their convo. I thought it was cool because they were like "Hey did you hear 'enter random name here' went to those witches and became one of those briar hearts." "Really good for him, I can't wait until it's my turn." I thought it was a cool convo.

  • Nicole Vautour

Ahem: "reek-lings". But also, lol yes, sometimes it's best to skip right to the point and get the deathly murder out of the way.Considering the pirate is a dremora, and thus an immortal daedra from Oblivion, yeah. I'd say he's been at it for a while. I always deal with him--if you murder him to death, you're not actually killing him, just banishing him back to Oblivion for awhile. Might as well get something out of it, right?SOD-ri. Every guard in Windhelm tells you to go to his shop. And his sister doesn't work on the docks; she's Grimvar Cruel-Sea's nanny. Suvaris Atheron works on the docks, as the Shatter-Shields' overseer. There's also another Sadri who runs the Retching Netch in Raven Rock. Just because they have the same last name doesn't mean they're actually close relatives, though; I've got, like, fourth cousins around the world with my last name I've never met in my entire life. I kind of got the impression that, because Sadri is one of the Volkihar vampires, he's more like an ancestor of the current Sadri family members. Also, I'd like to point out (just for the sake of an interesting possibility) that I think Revyn Sadri's insistence that all of his goods are legitimate is more for show, than anything else. I mean, he's a Dunmer owning and operating a pawn shop in Windhelm, the capitol of racism in Skyrim, so the guards/nobility/bigoted citizens would just need the SMALLEST reason to kick him out/take over his business. He has a conversation in the Corner Club with Niranye about striking up a deal with her less-than-honorable suppliers, so he might deal in stolen goods... so long as they're not stolen from people who could shut down his business.Hee! Never noticed the wolf, just always thought time bulldozed the hell out of an old ruin. Turns out some Solstheim citizens Tyler Durdened (that is, the book version of Durden, not the movie one) a bunch of pillars.I mean, yeah, the hagravens clearly hold sway with the forsworn--according to the tale passed down by the natives of the Reach, a hagraven struck up a deal with Red Eagle and basically made him a briar heart (so why he's a draugr when you encounter him is a bit... er... curious). The real question, I think, is why the hell so many people were dead surrounding that sword--did they kill each other trying to compete for it? Did they stupidly starve to death trying non-stop to pull it from the rocks? Did they overreact to their failure by killing themselves?
